The Afghanistan Educational Support Society (AESS) is a Canadian non-profit organization empowering Afghan girls and women through education and mental well-being.
The organization also aims to assist newcomers by offering language and informational programs in Canada that help them build confidence and adjust more quickly to their new environment. Founded and led by women, AESS is supported by a diverse team of academics, professionals, and activists who bring lived experience and insight to the programs it develops.
